Cherry Jam
- 1 spoon cherry jam
- 1/3 oz. lemon juice
- 1/3 oz. vodka
- 3 oz. Chandon Brut Classic
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass.
Red Splash
- 1½ oz. Camarena Tequila Silver
- 1½ oz. pinot noir or malbec
- ½ oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. agave nectar
- 2 oz. grapefruit soda
- Garnish: lime wedge
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
The Star Gazer
- 2 oz. chardonnay
- 1 oz. dark rum
- ½ oz. vanilla bean syrup
- ½ oz. pineapple juice
- Garnish: lime wedge
