Stop #1 - Toledo city private guided tour
After departing from your accommodation, and in only 1 hour drive, we will arrive to the Imperial city of Toledo.
There, you will enjoy a private guided tour through the Old Town with an official guide who will explain you a lot of interesting highlights and legends about the history of the city, you’ll be able to walk through the narrow streets and to see the main monuments, including the top attractions as the marvelous Cathedral and the Jewish Quarter. You’ll probably be tempted to buy some souvenirs and “mazapan” to take back to your country and to take pictures in every single corner.
Stop #2 - Premium Wine Tasting
After these amazing visit, you will enjoy a premium and exclusive wine tasting in magical venue, the best Vinoteca in Toledo’s Old Town. You’ll have the opportunity to taste 5 premium wines of the region, accompanied by some appetizers, and presented by one of the best sommelier of Toledo. Definitely it won’t let you down.
Stop #3 - Exclusive Farm in the countryside
After the amazing wine tasting, you’ll be driven to a magnificent estate in the countryside. This property, nestled in the Montes de Toledo, keeps all the rustic tradition and the noble splendor of an era marked by the pleasure of life in the countryside.
The owner will be your host and will be pleased to explain you about the history of the property and his family, who owned this land from the end of the XIX century.
You’ll be carried away by this peaceful environment while enjoying the Spanish way of life.
Stop #3 - Gourmet Lunch
Gastronomy plays a very important role in this farm. The traditional cuisine of the Montes de Toledo, is reworked in their kitchen while retaining all the know-how of the specialties of that land. The homemade pâtés of hunting, the cheese platters of La Mancha, the “cecina” of venison, the traditional “migas del pastor” with eggs of their chickens, vegetables, legumes and potatoes from their garden, or the veal “caldereta” are just an example of plates than can be prepared for you depending on your personal tastes as lunch will be arranged only for you sheltered by the fire of the chimneys in winter or the cool of its walls in summer. And this accompanied with wines from the region.
stop #4 - Return to your accommodation
After this unique and relaxed afternoon in good company and in this unique environment for sure it will be difficult for you to leave back to Madrid, where you’ll arrive around 6:30 pm.

My husband and I celebrated our 5th year anniversary with a private wine tour to the city of Toledo. Benedicte arranged a private guided walking tour of the city with a 5 variety wine tasting with appetizers. The final part of the day was spent at a private mansion in Toledo where wine, appetizers and lunch were provided by a private cook. Everything especially the owner of the property was fabulous! I’ve never seen such gorgeous scenery. I highly recommend the tour!!!!"

Toledo - Key Information
The Imperial City and its mountains
Toledo is the capital of the province of Toledo and the autonomous community of Castile–La Mancha. Toledo was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986 for its extensive monumental and cultural heritage. Toledo is known as the “Imperial City” for having been the main venue of the court of Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor, and as the “City of the Three Cultures” for the cultural influences of Christians, Muslims and Jews reflected in its history. It was also the capital from 542 to 725 AD of the ancient Visigothic kingdom, which followed the fall of the Roman Empire, and the location of historic events such as the Visigothic Councils of Toledo. Toledo has a long history in the production of bladed weapons, which are now common souvenirs from the city. The magnificent Farm you'd visit in the countryside is nestled in the Montes de Toledo. It is located in a mountain setting, within an estate endowed with great landscape and environmental interest. The estate is declared a SCI (community interest area) and ZEPA (protected species zone) zone due to the large diversity of flora and fauna in the area (i.e herds of fallow deer, mouflon, different types of falcons and other species, as well as genuine centennial cork oaks, holm oaks, and other unique botanical varieties). The estate also keeps an agreement with the EU and the Government of Castilla La Mancha, for the survival of the Iberian Lynx. An animal specie almost extinguished that thanks to this Wonderful project, is contributing for the increase of the number of lynxes that have been born in the Iberian Peninsula. At least 5 of them have been released in these last two years in the estate. Betting for sustainability of the animals that once were unique in this land Montes de Toledo are located in the central regions of the Iberian Peninsula, cutting transversally from east to west across the lower portion of the Meseta Central. The length of the Montes de Toledo is 350 km and their maximum width up to 100 km near Sonseca and Puertollano. The eastern Montes de Toledo ranges form one of the natural limits of the historical La Mancha region in Castile-La Mancha and the western end, including the ranges forming the broader Montes de Toledo, reaches into Portalegre District, Portugal For more info regarding Toledo region click below
